Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy (the "Policy") outlines the process and terms for the delivery of digital products to customers. By purchasing and using our products, you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

We offer a free license to all customers to evaluate our products prior to purchase. During the evaluation period, the software operates at full capacity at no cost, though certain add-ons may include specific limitations. Customers are encouraged to utilize the free license to assess the product's suitability before committing to a paid license.

Upon successful payment, the activation key will typically be delivered to the billing and license email addresses provided by the Customer at the time of purchase within 2 to 3 minutes of checkout. Delivery may be delayed due to network or server issues beyond our reasonable control. If the activation key is not received within one (1) hour of purchase, the Customer is required to contact our support team at support@dawent.com to request the activation key. The support team will respond during normal working hours, and the Customer is expected to be patient while awaiting a response.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the activation key by:

Failure to receive the activation key due to issues with the Customer’s email service, including but not limited to inbox full or misconfigured email settings, does not warrant any exceptions to this Policy.

The license granted under this Policy is non-transferable and is conferred solely upon the original purchaser, as identified by the license email provided at the time of purchase. Each product is distinct and does not entitle the Customer to an upgrade to any other add-on with similar functionality. The activation key cannot be transferred, even if the Customer is the owner of the email address to which the license may be transferred. The rights to use the software are strictly limited to the account associated with the license email to which the license was originally issued.
