Sheet to Slide Merge is a Google Sheets™ add-on designed to streamline the process of transforming your Google Sheets™ data into visually compelling Google Slides™ presentations. Whether you need individual slide decks for each data entry or a consolidated presentation that showcases all your data, this tool makes it easy to automate and customize your output using a template slide.

Features:

• Merge Each Row into a NEW Presentation: For every row of data in your Google Sheet, a separate slide presentation is created using your chosen template. This method is perfect for generating individual reports, personalized slide decks, or unique presentations for each data entry. For example, if your sheet contains 10 rows, you’ll receive 10 distinct presentations, each populated with the data from a specific row.

• Merge All Rows into ONE Presentation: This option consolidates all your data into a single presentation. Each row from your sheet generates a new set of slides based on your template. If your template consists of one slide and you have 10 rows, the output will be a single presentation with 10 slides—each representing a different row of data. This approach is ideal for creating a unified report or overview, where each row’s content is presented on its own slide set, making it easy to visualize and present data cohesively.

• Save Presentations as PDF: This feature allows you to export generated slide presentations as PDF files, providing a convenient way to share and distribute your presentations in a universally accessible format.

• Rename Slide Files with Data or System Markers: This feature enables you to rename slide files using data from the sheet rows or built-in system markers. System markers include various date formats (e.g., {{Date}}, {{Long Date}}), time formats (e.g., {{Time}}, {{Hour}}), and other dynamic values (e.g., {{Random Id}}, {{Sheet Name}}). This customization ensures that each file is accurately labeled based on its content or specific markers, enhancing file management and identification.
