Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests and license cancellations. By subscribing our products, you agree to the following terms.
1. Non-Refundable Charges
All sales are final. Payments associated with the license are non-refundable once the activation key is issued and the licensed period has started.
The activation key remains valid for the entirety of the licensed period, providing uninterrupted access to the software.
Licenses are non-transferable and remain linked to the original subscriber’s account.
2. Payment Authorization
By completing the payment and accepting the activation key, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have obtained permission to make the subscription payment.
Payments made through our platform are considered authorized by the account holder.
3. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Claims
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in suspension of your license and future service restrictions.
In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to:
Suspend access to all current and future licenses.
Revoke any active keys.
Seek reimbursement for disputed charges.
Unauthorized chargeback claims are taken seriously and are considered a violation of this policy.
We will provide evidence, including license activation details and customer-provided information, to dispute unjustified chargeback requests.
4. Automatic Subscription Renewal
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You authorize Dawent's payment provider to automatically charge your selected payment method for the renewal fee.
All subscription renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
Customers are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring timely cancellation if they do not wish to continue.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date by contacting support@dawent.com.
Renewal Reminder:
We may send a courtesy renewal reminder before your subscription renews, but we are not obligated to do so.
It remains the customer's responsibility to track renewal dates and cancel in advance if they do not wish to continue.
Failure to receive a renewal reminder does not entitle the customer to a refund or reversal of charges.
5. Subscription Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, you must submit your request at least 3 days before renewal.
Customers can cancel the automatic renewal of their license through the following methods:
Email Support: Contact our support team at support@dawent.com with your license details and cancellation request. Verification of account details will be required.
Self-Management: Manage your subscription directly at https://www.dawent.com/payments/my-subscriptions.
6. Refund Policy & Exceptions
Refunds are NOT provided once an activation key is issued, except in the following cases:
Billing errors (e.g., incorrect charge, duplicate payment).
Duplicate charges, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund for Billing Errors:
Customers must contact support@dawent.com within 7 days of the charge.
Customers must provide relevant transaction details for review.
7. Customer Responsibility
We encourage customers to thoroughly test our free license before subscribing.
Carefully reviewing product functionality during the free license period can help prevent dissatisfaction post-subscription.
Customers are advised to:
Keep payment details up to date.
Ensure they have sufficient funds to prevent unintended renewal failures.
