During this evaluation period, the software operates at its full capacity without incurring any charges. Some add-ons may offer fully functional free licenses with specific limitations.
License Activation
Upon successful payment, your activation key will be emailed to both the billing and license email addresses provided during the purchase.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided email addresses can receive the activation key. This includes:
Verifying that the inbox is not full and can receive new messages.
Checking spam or junk folders if the activation email is not found.
Ensuring the email domain settings are configured to receive emails from support@dawent.com.
Handling any other unspecified issues that may prevent the activation key from being received.
Failure to receive the activation key due to issues with the customer’s email service, including any unspecified issues, does not warrant any exceptions to our policy.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Charges: Once an activation key is issued and the licensed period has started, all fees associated with the license are non-refundable. The activation key will remain valid throughout the licensed period, allowing full access to the software.
Digital Product Authorization: By completing the payment and accepting the activation key, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have permission to make the purchase. We consider any payment initiated through our platform as authorized by the account holder.
Chargebacks and Unauthorized Claims: We take unauthorized chargeback claims seriously. Once the license is activated and the product is delivered, any chargeback initiated without a valid reason will be considered a violation of our policy. We will provide evidence, including license activation details and customer-provided information, to dispute unjustified chargeback requests.
